I think I have some pretty good things on there. It's hard to think of things and I felt like I was getting repetitive with some. Hopefully it won't take too long to think of others. Finished! Now I need to get working on some of these.

Dogsitting
Not much had been going on. Watching my brother's boxer, Brutus, again this week. He's about 8 months and a BIG puppy. I'm not used to it. He gets into things my Yoda never got into.
This was from the last time (about two weeks ago). I think he got bigger. But I love him and he's pretty much the shit.
And I am currently OBSESSED with Game of Thrones. I started watching it somewhat last year, and then forgot about it until the end of the second season. I borrowed the Kindle version of the book from the library and I have not been able to put it down. And I'm watching season 1 as a go along. SO GOOD. I never really got into fantasy that much. I don't know why. It's fabulous. I think I'm going to watch one more episode before I go to bed. Or maybe I should just hit the hay because the dogs are laying down and being quiet.
It's quite nice.

Another Day, Another Blog
I'm going to skip the part where I say this is like my millionth blog that I started. I'm always down for new beginnings. BUT. This is a new space, and I'm going to use it however I see fit, be it book reviews or concert reviews or projects. Or to talk about my most favorite thing ever, RUNNING. But mainly, it's going to be a lifestyle blog. Of things I like. No themed posts or whatever. Just whatever my jam is at the moment. And also to help me get into the habit of writing. I know it's not working on my novel, but whatevs. I can do that tomorrow.
Anywho.
I ran tonight for the first time in a couple weeks. I thought it would be a miserable 3.5 miles. But no. I had the power of music. And it made the 4 miles seem bearable. I stopped listening to music on my runs when my ear buds broke. I'm broke and couldn't really afford new ones. $10 seemed like a lot to spend on one thing at the moment. But luckily my dad had an extra pair, so I took those. And I will never run without music again. It helped me to not focus on the actual running part, but on the music part. It helped pass the miles. I think I fell in love with running all over again! Which is good, because I have a 10K coming up in October and I want to be able to run the whole thing.
And it's a short work week! It's always a happy week when I get at least one day off of work.
